Talk to a person

Fifteen minutes.
No slide deck.

Tell us the trade, tell us what you're trying to fix, and we'll show you the thing working: her answering, the mail that makes the phone ring, and what it costs. If it isn't a fit we'll say so on the call rather than three emails later.

Tell us where you are

Six boxes. The trade matters more than anything else on here: it decides which questions she'd arrive already holding.

What do you want from us

We use this to reply to you and nothing else: no list, no drip sequence, no reselling it. It is stored the second you hit send, so even if our email is having a bad day, your note is not lost.

Straight answer

There's no calendar on this page, because there isn't one yet.

Most sites would show you a grid of green time slots. Ours would be a picture of a booking system we haven't wired up, so instead you get a form that a person empties, and a promise small enough to keep: read the same day, replied to from an address you can write back to.

When there is a real diary to book, it goes in the top of this page and this paragraph comes out.

Would rather not fill in a form?

Write to hello@voicescout.ai and it reaches exactly the same inbox.

Or skip us entirely for now and spend ninety seconds talking to her. It tells you more about whether this works than any call we could book.

Before you book

Questions people send instead of booking

All of them are fair, and none of them need a call.

Do I have to buy mail to get the receptionist?
No. Voice-only is a real way to start and a lot of businesses never add mail at all: the calls your trucks, your signs and your listing already produce, answered at night instead of going to voicemail. Mail is the accelerant you bolt on when you want more of the planned work, and you can run it through your own printer if you'd rather.
Can I just try it without talking to anyone?
Yes. The live demo is a real conversation in your browser with the same agent that answers a phone line. No form, no email address. Try to catch her out; that's the point of it.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website, and answers to a short list of questions your trade gets asked on nearly every call: we bring the questions, you bring the answers, and you approve what she'll say before she says it. Four of those answers have to be filled in before she takes a single call, because leaving them blank would make her say something false rather than merely unhelpful.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Nothing is ported and nothing is taken over. You forward your existing line with your current phone company: after hours only, when nobody picks up, or around the clock. Turn the forwarding off and calls ring exactly where they always did, the same day.
How soon could I be live?
Voice and mail are the fast part: days, not weeks. Texting is the slow part: carriers review every business before they let it send, and that review takes a week or two. We say so up front because finding out in week two is worse than finding out now.

The demo answers the question a call would.

You can book fifteen minutes with us, or spend ninety seconds finding out whether she's good enough to put on your line. We'd do the second one first.
