A phone showing a VoiceScout text conversation with a customer named Taylor
about an HVAC quote. Above it, a photographed portrait beside a card labelled AI
Agent reading Sends your follow-ups automatically. Around it, four tiles quoting
sample texts: a reactivation campaign, an estimate check-in, an appointment
reminder and a review request. A note below reads: more conversations, more
                customers, all on autopilot.
The library

Six texts that keep your business moving.

Each play has a trigger, a wait, a limit on how many times it will try, and the exact words. The result is follow-up that feels natural, does the right thing, and does not slip through the cracks.

A phone showing a follow-up text signed Emma with Austin Home Services,
checking in on an AC repair request and asking about tomorrow's estimate, with
the homeowner replying to ask for options.

Manual, via pipeline send
How a play is built

Four parts. The fourth is the one nobody else shows you.

Every play has the same shape, and you can read all four parts of every one before it ever sends.

01

Trigger

What happens to start the play. A missed call, a new estimate, or a missed appointment.

02

Audience

Who gets it. New leads, existing customers, or specific service types.

03

Message

The words, written to sound like your team.

04

Guardrails

The limits that keep it smart. How many times it sends, when it stops, and who it does not send to.

Control

Six plays, one screen, one switch each.

Every play has its own on/off switch. Turn one off, it stops. Turn them all on, you're covered. You get the control and flexibility you need, without clutter.

Your plays. Your control.

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they let anything text in their name.

Is this spam?
No. Every play is tied to something that actually happened between you and that person: a call they made, a quote they asked for, a visit they booked, a job you finished. Nothing goes to a bought list, and each play has rules on how often it may text, how long it waits, and when it gives up. The two plays that count as marketing are capped and spaced, and one of them only runs when you send it.
Who writes the words?
You approve them before anything sends. Each play uses a message written for your business and configured up front, so you can read exactly what will go out before it reaches anybody. Once a customer replies, VoiceScout picks the conversation up and can take the booking from there.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
They stop hearing from the plays, automatically, and it works whether or not the message they replied to mentioned it. Marketing messages carry the opt-out line anyway. A reminder for a visit they booked does not, because an opt-out line on "your technician is due at 9" is noise on a message nobody wants to opt out of.
Can I turn a play off, or change its timing?
Yes to both, per play and per business. Switch one off and it stops immediately. Timing, how many attempts it makes, and who it may reach can all be tuned to the way your business actually runs.
